About the Role
In this key role, you'll play a vital part in advising and supporting our French-speaking clients via phone and email. You'll help healthcare professionals optimize their use of our software platform by answering their questions, providing training, and resolving their issues. You'll also be a crucial point of contact for our clients, answering their product questions and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
What to Expect
Advise and support healthcare professionals by phone on using our software.Train clients on how to use our services via phone.Handle requests received by email quickly and efficiently.Answer client questions about products and provide guidance.Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
You Have What It Takes
Native French speaker and fluent English (B2 level).Impeccable spoken and written communication skills.Previous experience in a call center or customer service (preferred).Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy towards clients.Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in communication tools and customer support software.
Benefits
6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent position (including a 3-month probationary period).Base salary: equivalent to 11,620 EURper yearMeal allowance (net): 1,908.72EUR per yearTransport allowance: 240 EURper yearRole complement: 110 EURper yearPossible gross annual income: 13,878.72 (including base salary, meal and transport allowances, role complement)Performance bonus: 140 EURper 12 months (1,680 per year)Welcome bonus of 1000EUR Health insurance provided from day 1 (free after 6 months).Opportunity to work on-site in Lisbon or remotely in North Portugal.Work equipment provided.Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (rotational shifts), with 2 days off (Saturday and Sunday).
