ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for contributing to the growth of a category (together with a team) to retain, optimize and drive overall sales and transaction volumes of the categoryFocus on acquiring sellers, groups, communities, or LGUs that can bring many users to join and use the platform for their businessResponsible for managing relationships with sellers, groups, or LGUs after the acquisition, including supporting these sellers' onboarding, training, and incubation processCollect, track, and analyze large amounts of data and translate them into valuable reportsProvide market insights from the seller's perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamicsAssist in troubleshooting seller's issues and concerns and liaise with internal departments - Operations, Payments, and Marketing QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related fieldHas at least 2 years of relevant experience; experience in a startup and ecommerce is a plusPassionate about business digitization, website design & developmentStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsLogical thinking and strong problem-solving skillsGood working knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel and PPT) and G-SuiteTeam player with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIsAgile quick-learner with a go-getter attitude; able to proactively learn on the job and is comfortable multi-tasking
