You will be responsible for second-line technical support via telephone, including registering, monitoring, resolving, and/or redirecting tickets in the ITSM solution (ServiceNow) to specialized teams; ensuring resolution of desktop computing services, printing, peripheral devices and mobility, desktop software distribution, email/messaging, and collaborative tools.Profile:Completed secondary educationOver 3 years of previous experience in the banking sectorExperience in first-line support - technical support in Banking/Financial MarketProficiency in the English language (oral and written)Knowledge of Windows password unlockingProficiency in the use of Windows and AS400 information systems (mandatory requirement)Knowledge of BitlockerAvailability to work from 8am to 7pm in LisbonWe Offer:Attractive remuneration: Base Salary + Meal AllowanceMonthly attendance bonusesCollaborative and stimulating work environmentSeize this opportunity and send your CV
