Habilitações mínimas ao nível da licenciatura em Psicologia, Gestão, Gestão de Recursos Humanos e/ou Ciências Sociais;Excelente capacidade de comunicação escrita e verbal;Elevada capacidade de planeamento, organização e iniciativa;Bons conhecimentos de Microsoft Office.Responsabilidades: Apoiar os responsáveis das diferentes áreas de negócio a solucionarem temas organizacionais, de pessoas e mudança;Contribuir na formação de estratégias junto de diretores e gestores;Colaborar no desenvolvimento dos líderes;Auxiliar na identificação do talento existente, assim como na retenção dos colaboradores;Prestar apoio na identificação das necessidades de desenvolvimento;Ajudar na promoção de uma cultura organizacional positiva e inclusiva, ajudando a desenvolver e comunicar os valores e a missão da empresa;Auxiliar na gestão de mudanças organizacionais, como reestruturações ou reorganizações internas, garantindo que as necessidades dos colaboradores e da organização.Integração num Grupo sólido e credível, tendo em curso a implementação de vários projetos de crescimento.Formação e possibilidade de desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal.Oportunidade real de progressão de carreira, de acordo com o desempenho e as competências demonstradas.Nível de experiênciaTipo de empregoFunçãoSetores Comércio e reparação de veículos automotores As indicações dobram suas chances de conseguir uma entrevista na Grupo JAP
