Realizar la toma de requerimientos, identificación de necesidades y recursos disponibles;
Coordinar el flujo del proceso de trabajo, controlando tanto el diseño inicial como la puesta en
marcha, su desarrollo y mantenimiento del servicio, para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y la excelencia en el servicio;
Supervisar los KPI's y SLA's para garantizar la consecución de los objetivos del proyecto;
Reportar periódicamente a Dirección los informes solicitados;
Controlar la productividad requerida en los diferentes Servicios que gestiona;
Establecer los ratios de calidad y su control;
Realizar el análisis de riesgos, plazos y costes;
Realizar el seguimiento y control de plazos, recursos, facturación, etc;
Analizar y prever la producción mensual de los servicios que gestione;
Programar y coordinar el trabajo a través de los Team leader y supervisores;
Gestionar las incorporaciones, desvinculaciones e incidencias de personal con RRHH;
Formar y motivar a su equipo para obtener el mejor rendimiento, así como velar por un buen clima laboral y por el cumplimiento de la normativa interna;
Realizar la evaluación del desempeño de su equipo.
Perfil ideal Experiencia Comercial en el sector de Utilities, Servicios, Seguros o Banca;
Experiencia en Gestión de Grandes Cuentas;
Coordinación y/ o Gestión de Equipo;
Alta competencia interpersonal y destreza social para establecer vínculos y relaciones estables y efectivas con las personas e instituciones;
Capacidad de escucha activa y toma de decisiones;
Alta implicación con los resultados y la consecución de objetivos;
Alta resiliencia.
