Sr. Rfx Specialist

What we're looking for: As part of our expanding global proposal management initiative, we are actively seeking a Senior RFx Specialist to enhance our team's coverage in the EMEA and APJC regions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales team, technical writers, channel partners, product managers, and various subject matter experts across the organization to articulate compelling value-based narratives while also ensuring compliance with complex submission requirements. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in both commercial and public sector bidding practices and will be excited to contribute to various continuous improvement initiatives within our team. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end development of proposals, ensuring compliance with all requirements and guidelinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and create compelling responses that address customer needsAssist in the ongoing evaluation of current response processes, and provide recommendations for improvements required to optimize work in the EMEA and APJC regions.Contribute to maintenance of a repository of templates, standard language, product collateral, exhibits, and other data resources fo facilitate high quality and accurate responsesLead and contribute to other departmental continuous improvement initiatives as requiredQualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2 to 4 years of experience in RFx managementStrong knowledge of industry best practices (e.g. Shipley and APMP) such as kickoffs, color reviews, compliance, win themes, schedule, resumes, past performances, etc.Ability to work to time constraints while maintaining a high level of attention to detail; prioritizing tasks and setting expectations accordingly, especially under pressureStrategic thinker with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into compelling proposals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal to effectively engage with customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders.Must thrive on the excitement and challenge of being on a lean and busy teamExperience with the content management and automation capabilities of RFP software like RFPIO, Loopio, or similarExperience with G-Suite and Microsoft Office
