What we need?

RoomRaccoon is a leading property management platform dedicated to revolutionizing the hospitality landscape. We empower independent hotels with innovative technology solutions, driving their success and shaping the future of hospitality. We're looking for a Sales Director to join our commercial team driving a company's sales strategy, leading the sales team, and achieving revenue targets.

Tasks
What will you be doing?

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and achieve individual and team goals.

Establish sales objectives and performance metrics, regularly monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Identify new business opportunities and market trends, conducting market research and analysis to inform sales strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their needs.

Develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, leveraging networking, referrals, and other sales channels.

Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated on industry developments, competitive landscape, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

Non Negotiable: Language: Portuguese and/or German and/or Dutch

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.

5+ years of experience in a similar role

3+ years of experience leading a sales team

Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, especially independent hotel operations.
