Descrição Reportar ao diretor nacional da empresa em Portugal;Gerir o processo de vendas de A a Z;Realizar prospeção ativa e acompanhamento de leads;Propor soluções únicas, ouvir e aconselhar clientes;Elaborar orçamentos e finalizar encomendas.Perfil ideal Formação superior em Engenharia, Economia ou outra área relevante;Sucesso comprovado na venda de bens de investimento;Experiência com CRM e MS Office;Aptidões de comunicação, maturidade, bom senso e vontade de crescer;Empreendedorismo, visão comercial e foco no cliente;Grande empatia, talento comercial e capacidade de trabalho;Perfil analítico, administrativamente forte e um jogador de equipa;Flexibilidade e disponibilidade para responder às solicitações dos clientes;Domínio das técnicas de vendas e negociação, ou vontade de aprendê-las;Fluência em Inglês.Vantagens Extensa formação em vendas e produto para garantir sucesso na função;Programa de formação interno para desenvolvimento técnico e comercial;Ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e oportunidades de crescimento.
