Cybersecurity at Forvia is a key player in our ongoing strategy into a "Digital Transformation." IT also plays a major role in guaranteeing the service and support that ensures our business succeeds in our fast-moving world.
Each day, IT teams are tackling critical challenges to help build Forvia's competitive advantage throughout Digital Transformation. Examples include developing mobile apps, harnessing and applying Big Data, engaging in predictive analysis, leveraging the cloud, and contributing to Forvia's cultural shift to become a digitally advanced company. IT also plays a lead role in ensuring continuous optimization and cybersecurity of our company processes.
Our IT Division (Group Information Technology) is looking for a Incident Response Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira.
Ready for challenges that matter?
The main missions of the role are to:
Provide assistance/expertise to Level 2 and Level 3 Incident Response.
Monitor & troubleshoot security platforms and debug any issues.
Document procedures and processes related to Incident Response operations.
Verify and triage the requested tickets or emails related to operations and implementation.
Assist with the management of the entire landscape of cybersecurity focusing on some of the following domains: SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, Digital Forensics, IT, OT.

Assess, prepare, and request implementation of security infrastructure changes.
Update all relevant documentation related to the protection of Information Systems (inventories, classifications, etc.).
Suggest changes aiming at optimizing the operation of Incident Response solutions and procedures.
Communicate with technical stakeholders all across the globe for improving Incident Response coverage.
The ideal candidate will be/have:
Good communication skills.
English (advanced - oral and written).
Proactive and problem-solving skills.
A good level of autonomy and solutioning skills.
Good collaboration skills.
