Role Overview: As a Back Office Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in our operations, focusing on supporting legal officers, lawyers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEB) in ensuring compliance with passenger rights regulations within the transport sector. Key Responsibilities: Backoffice Operations: Communicate effectively with legal entities and NEBs to verify transport operator compliance with passenger rights regulations. Handling Complaints: Address and resolve complaints related to passenger rights violations promptly and efficiently.
