HAYS is collaborating with an IT company with over 15 years of experience, it provides a range of services, including networks and infrastructures, software development, and consultancy services.
We are looking for an IT Sales Manager to join in their team and collaborate in the project.
What are the requirements for this project? Degree in Engineering or technological area (non-mandatory).Professional experience in the commercial area.5-7 years of experience in Team Management.5 years of experience in the new technologies sector.Proactive personality and spirit of initiative.Results-oriented profile with a strong commercial vein.Ease of interpersonal relationships.Empathetic person, with leadership skills, motivate and grow the team.What are the tasks for this project? Develop and implement a strategic plan for technology sales.Identify target markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.Provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to achieve sales objectives.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.Understand client needs and propose tailored technology solutions.What the company can offer you?
