**The Opportunity**

Atlean World is looking for a Sales Account Manager to work in the B2B sector in the world of HR.

The role aims to:

- Prospect market opportunities to expand the company's mission;
- Organize and participate in the sales process and B2B negotiation;
- Investigate and Analyze the Business Needs and engage with the clients;
- Engage with potential new partnerships and pitch company's services;
- Integrate into the international events of the company;
- Be in touch with the international team developing multicultural awareness;
**Requirements**:
What does the Sales Account Manager MUST have:

- Be a cool and kind person (mandatory)
- Fluent in English (all the communications are in English)
- Portuguese speaker
- Be located in Portugal
- Experience in B2B sales
- Experience in the Recruitment Field
- Be updated about the current trends in the market
