We are recruiting a Customer Success specialist to work closely with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them leverage AI-powered customer care automation solutions.
**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong client-facing background to join our team as a Technical Account Manager. As a key member of our success team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their unique business needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless implementation and ongoing support.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology, SaaS, or AI industry. They will possess excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. The successful candidate will also have knowledge of customer care automation, AI technologies, and customer support best practices.
**Responsibilities**
- Build strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their unique business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation, onboarding, and ongoing support for clients.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for expansion, upselling, and cross-selling of products and services to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive success plans tailored to each client, outlining objectives, milestones, and strategies for achieving desired outcomes.
- Monitor client usage and performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to optimize their experience.
**Requirements**
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or similar.
- More than 3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in technology, SaaS, or AI industry.
- Knowledge of customer care automation, AI technologies, and customer support best practices.
- Portuguese and English (mandatory requirement).
