We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Customer Success team at Hexa People.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving customer adoption and retention. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customers successfully onboard, adopt, and realize the value of our solutions.

You will work closely with our Strategic Customer Success Managers to design plans that deliver maximum value to our customers. This includes conducting regular touchpoint sessions to validate their understanding of our products and services, reviewing key performance indicators, and providing guidance on product best practices.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of application security, DevOps, or software development. Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Gainsight is also essential. Additionally, you should be able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively and be a creative problem solver.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
