Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management team. This role requires a vision for delivering impactful customer experiences while having a broad understanding of the security challenges.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be a collaborative individual who is data-driven, action-focused, and comfortable interacting with customers globally. They should possess a solid mix of both technical and business skills, with the ability to transition seamlessly between working with development teams, customers, and field-facing teams. Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment is a plus.
Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy: Initiate product strategy by building content for our learning center, developing a deep understanding of market trends and challenges.
- Customer Engagement: Meet with customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements for the R&D teams.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, R&D, and other product managers to deliver product releases aligned with business needs and the unified platform-based portfolio products.
- Product Development: Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, ensuring product releases meet business needs and provide an integrated user experience across the platform.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 5 years of work experience as a product manager.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS/Cloud products.
- Proficiency with agile methodologies.
- Strong technical background and practical understanding of cybersecurity ecosystems, attack techniques, and leading cybersecurity products.
- Prior experience working with software developers and communicating technical requirements to development teams.
