Built on over a century of heritage and propelled forward by science, our iconic brands—including NEUTROGENA, AVEENO, NICORETTE, LISTERINE, JOHNSON'S and IMODIUM —are category leaders trusted by millions of consumers who use our products to improve their daily lives.What will you doThe Junior Brand Activation Manager will be working within the Brand Activation Team in Portugal and reporting to the Group Brand Activation Manager of Selfcare & Professional. The role will contribute to the growth of our iconic brands, such as Cêgripe, Imodium, Kompensan, Nicorette among others, through the knowledge of our consumer/shopper/patient and market dynamics.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer and Consumer understanding – Getting insights (external & internal) according to existing tools and methodologies and transform it into actions that will generate growth for our brands.Business Plan Implementation – Ensure the implementation of Brand Activation Plans, innovation management, drive consumer behavior, and category development partnering with our customers.Connect with cluster and regional teams - Be part of the Cluster and Local Squad's, proposing new ideas and sharing local insights.Work closely with AGILE cross-department teams on processes like Direct to Consumer Activities, New Product Launch, Point Of Sales Activities, Forecast, etc.Brand reviews and Sales meetings – Presenting on results and activities, engaging with sales team to develop strong plans for the brands.Finance responsibilities – P&L management and budget control, monitors promotional activity marketing expenses.Health & Safety – Guarantee compliance with all health and safety internal guidelines, policies, and procedures.What we are looking forRequired QualificationsCollege/university Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Pharmaceutical sciences.+3 years of experience in Marketing/shopper marketing/trade marketing in consumer healthcare or consumer goods industry.Experience in OTC's | Dermocosmetics business would be highly advantageous.MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).Proficiency in Portuguese and English – Verbal and Written Communication.Valued QualificationsMarketing College Master.Digital and Social media experience in developing and activating content & communication.Excellent communication and strong influencing skills.Strong Interpersonal skills and collaborative style.Sharp analytical skills.Ability to manage complexity in a matrixed organization.Proactivity and results driven.Commercial understanding of P&L and financials.What's in it for youHealth insurance.Life insurance.Pension Plan.Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
