**Brand Activation Manager**

**Missão**

Estabelecer impacto de marca em patrocínios, eventos e iniciativas relevantes para o posicionamento estratégico e comercial da marca Galp, otimizando o investimento de forma a gerar o maior retorno possível, assegurando elevados níveis de notoriedade.

**Responsabilidades**
- Planear, coordenar e executar eventos de marca, desde pequenos encontros até grandes patrocínios, garantindo a entrega de experiências impactantes para os participantes, bem como resultados de elevado impacto;
- Desenvolver estratégias criativas de ativação de marca, alinhadas com os objetivos de marketing e comunicação da empresa;
- Definição de cronograma de ação de acordo com as necessidades das áreas comerciais;
- Planear e executar eventos de negócio 360º;
- Gestão aprofundada das várias áreas de negócio, para melhor entendimento de objetivos comerciais;
- Trabalhar em colaboração com diversas áreas para garantir a sinergia entre a ativação de marca e os objetivos de cada área;
- Gerir fornecedores, orçamentos e cronogramas de eventos, garantindo o cumprimento dos objetivos estabelecidos;
- Maximizar o impacto das ativações de marca, aumentando a visibilidade e a participação do público-alvo;
- Criar experiências memoráveis e envolventes para os participantes, alinhadas com os valores e identidade da marca;
- Avaliar o desempenho das ações, identificando oportunidades de melhoria, partilhando insights e aprendizagens com as diversas equipas envolvidas;
- Colaborar com equipas internas e fornecedores externos para garantir o sucesso dos eventos e ativações.

**Pretendemos**
- Licenciatura em Marketing, Comunicação, Relações-públicas ou similar;
- Experiência mínima de 3 a 5 anos em funções similares ou em funções de marketing/comunicação, em empresas com comprovado valor de investimento em ativação de marca;
- Domínio da língua inglesa e bons conhecimentos de espanhol (preferencial);
- Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador: Office 365 (Excel - nível intermédio/avançado, Word, aplicações colaborativas);
- Experiência comprovada em planeamento, organização e execução de eventos com ativação de marca;
- Habilidades sólidas de comunicação, capazes de interagir com diversos públicos e stakeholders;
- Criatividade para desenvolver conceitos inovadores de ativação de marca;
- Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e gerir múltiplas tarefas simultaneamente;
- Conhecimento das tendências atuais da indústria de eventos e ativação de marca;
- Familiaridade com a gestão de equipas de promotores e staff de eventos;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação escrita e verbal;
- Forte capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal e espírito de Equipa;
- Rigor no tratamento de informação;
- Boa capacidade analítica e sentido crítico;
- Forte dinamismo.
