The Role… The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will play a key and critical role in supporting Talent Acquisition activities across our divisional teams with a focus on scheduling and coordination for our Technology and corporate area. The ideal candidate is highly organised and a proactive problem solver who is passionate about delivering a first-class recruitment experience for candidates and internal teams. You will be building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, acting as the first point of contact for recruitment enquiries queries and support with the overall organisation, quality and pace of the recruitment lifecycle. It is expected to provide a five-star candidate experience, as well as constantly striving to improve our processes for candidates and ensure proper training sessions – content preparation and delivery - and inductions to hiring managers alike. What You'll be Doing... Support with ad hoc recruitment projects and initiatives, including events, careers fairs and open days. Ensure that the operational recruitment process continues to run smoothly and effectively and introduce improvements as deemed necessary. Speaking with candidates who are shortlisted and arranging/scheduling interviews with the hiring manager, ensuring interviews are booked in diaries with confirmation emails to both the Talent Acquisition team and the candidates. Take ownership for pre-employment onboarding, references, contracts, background checks, visa and relocation assistance. Assist broader HR and Talent team with creating accurate and meaningful recruiting metrics. As well as ensure that the recruitment databases are updated, accurate and maintained on an ongoing basis. Knowledge and experience of full cycle recruitment to be able to proactively identify operational and process pain points in order to develop strategies and action plans to mitigate and avoid manual work in terms of interview scheduling. Third Party supplier management. Carrying out a range of administration tasks around the recruitment process and hiring projects and supporting the team in their day-to-day role.
