OMNICHANNEL MANAGER
CHALLENGE:
Develop an innovative, sales-oriented omnichannel strategy at Parfois, focusing on seamlessly integrating physical and digital retail experiences to maximize customer engagement and drive revenue. Lead and inspire the omnichannel team, ensuring the execution of the implementation roadmap and fostering a dynamic, sales-driven culture. Continuously identify and capitalize on new business growth opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights and cutting-edge technologies to enhance omnichannel experience, and contribute significantly to the company's overall sales growth and market presence.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Define an omnichannel model evolution and implementation roadmap
Actively seek new omnichannel capabilities and functionalities (ex: store mode app)
Define and implement assisted sales roadmap
Define and implement fulfillment roadmap
Manage assisted sales and fulfillment as sales channels, ensuring sales growth, contributing to Ecommerce channel growth
Work closely with physical stores in order to identify growth opportunities and ensure top performance and achievement of assisted sales and fulfillment KPIS
Support to Franchising websites
PROFILE:
Five years' experience in e-commerce
Experience in fashion retail (preferred)
Team management
Proficient in English and Spanish (oral and written)
Proactivity, initiative and team spirit, confident in working collaboratively with stakeholders
Sociable and good communication, able to work in a multinational collaborative environment
Availability to live in Porto
