Job Description Reporting to the Renewals Senior Director, the Distribution Renewals Representative will be key to partner relations and subscription processes in Motorola Solutions focusing on creating and implementing new programs and processes as well as oversee and manage the current subscription business through our distribution partners.
Responsibilities:Responsible for the processes and procedures of certain MSI brands through the distribution to partner channel for new and existing distributor relationships globallySupport distributor growth in MSI market share in the commercial markets that are served by our distribution partners through analysis of overall market trends, forecasts and development of strategic partnerships and alliancesDevelop and nurture senior management relationships with MSI distributors to drive adoption of MSI's portfolio of solutionsBuild and maintain strategic partnerships with key distribution sales representatives, facilitating collaborative efforts to drive joint sales initiatives with MSI's Sales Directors and Regional Sales ManagersDevelop quarterly distributor reviews based on performance data as well as MSI and customer feedbackUse and report on key metrics that drive strategic planning initiatives and program developmentProvide product and solutions training to distributor's sales team to ensure mind share and product application alignmentUtilize marketing to co-develop required tools and training materialsLead the forecasting process to align with regional sales opportunities, local market trends, and existing inventory levelsDrive POS reporting activitiesAct as point of contact for fulfillment and order management issues between distributor and MSIUse ongoing working relationships to drive competitive intelligence gathering in product performance, offerings and pricingLeverage Marketing/Product Management to maintain a marketing intelligence reporting capability in order to keep abreast of market, customer, competitor and supplier trendsBasic Requirements3-5 years experience in a customer facing role, working in a fast paced environment preferred, particularly in customer success or sales.Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferredTechnical Skills: G Suite, ExcelExtensive Salesforce experience mandatoryHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsSelf-motivated and proactiveUnderstand how to prioritize, reprioritize and manage tight deadlinesAbility to learn quickly, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environmentTravel RequirementsUnder 10%Relocation ProvidedNonePosition TypeExperiencedReferral Payment PlanYesCompanyMotorola Solutions Portugal, LdaEEO StatementMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
