The Associate Director, Regional HR Operations will lead a team of around 8 professional HR Service Delivery and Payroll Specialists in our Shared Service Center delivering and managing end to end Employee Lifecycle processes. The incumbent will have a key role in overseeing delivery and improving HR services provided by our shared service center to Organon's HR regions. They will help to build a strong governance and relationships and establish stable, effective, standardized and controlled process delivery to our internal clients. The role reports into Organon's HR Hub Lead.
Responsibilities Leading an internal team of approximately 8 HR and Payroll Specialists who are accountable for the delivery of internal services to support the full employee lifecycle.
Coaching and alignment of service center team to assure adherence to agreed service levels (quantitative and qualitative) instilling desired ways of working and applying metrics and analysis to continuously measure delivery performance and process health.
Development and ownership of appropriate KPIs and visualization tools to measure and show the performance of the Employee Lifecycle Delivery team
Strong focus on continuous improvement of service processes within the employee lifecycle.
Ensuring team alignment and seamless partnership with in-market HR service delivery specialists across Organon's Asia Pacific, European and Americas markets
Disposition of escalated service issues, identifying a resolution path and sharing the outcome with internal stakeholders to foster efficient collaboration and build trust in our services.
Ownership of a central knowledge base for Employee Lifecycle processes.
Supporting the extension of the service portfolio through harmonization and expanding scope of services and/or region coverage.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 7+ years of experience in a complex multinational business environment, with focus on Payroll or HR Service Delivery.
Stakeholder Management: building and sustaining relationships with key internal stakeholders, support teams and vendors.
Strong influencing skills - ability to navigate among many different stakeholders at global levels and across functions.
Strong Process orientation - problem solving and root cause identification skills.
Experience leading a regional / global team for at least 2-3 years.
Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
