What you will do in this role As a Customer Advisor, you will:
Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) in an interactive and user-friendly manner Attract potential customers by promoting products and services; suggest products and services tailored to customer needs Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
Have a high level of French (written and oral) Can communicate easily and confidently Demonstrate empathy and ability to propose appropriate and effective solutions Have previous experience in Customer Service or as a sales representative Are proactive, results-oriented, motivated and able to work in a team in a dynamic and multicultural environment If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
