**What you will do in this role**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

- Develop a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical app's features, functionalities, and capabilities
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to clients using the pharmaceutical app.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support customer engagements
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

**Your qualifications**

Concentrix is a great match if you:

- Have a high level of German (written and oral) C1
- Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Are familiar with Backoffice tasks
- Have a positive attitude and a desire to provide good service
- You're analytical by nature and able to anticipate problems and find solutions
