We are committed to moving our customers' performance forward, delivering unique products and services.Our Sales and Shipping department in Ovar, Portugal is looking for its missing pieceIf you're driven by providing exceptional customer service and you possess a natural talent for organization and attention to detail, we welcome you to apply and develop your career as Sales and Shipping Specialist with us.Your activitiesProvide commercial administrative support.Perform general office tasks, including preparing documents, processing correspondence, updating databases, and organizing files.Place and ship orders.Coordinate with freight forwarders and manage transport reservations.Contribute to the improvement of commercial strategy.Prepare reports and conduct analysis on relevant decision-making actions.Communicate and cooperate with customers and internal stakeholders.Ensure online, phone and in-person customer service, both for current and potential customers.Who you areYou hold a bachelor's degree or high school diploma in office management, languages and business relations or a related field.You have at least 3 years of similar professional experience.You are passionate about customer service.You have good communication and collaboration skills; moreover, you are a proactive, organized and detail-oriented person.You are fluent in English.You have knowledge of SAP and Salesforce software (plus).What we offer to youCompensation: You will receive meal subsidy and will be assigned to a bonus plan.Flexible: You will be able to manage your working time and we offer you a hybrid work model and flexible time management system.Health and Safety: Meet Valmet's health team You will find a psychologist, physiotherapy, nursing services, labor and curative medicine services at our facilities.
