We are recruiting exceptional **Support Specialists**(M/F) to join our client’s operation in Porto.
**Main responsibility**: You are going to be responsible for providing administrative support to clients in the process of selling and buying their cars.
**Workplace**: Home-based
**_Note:_**_ you may be asked to go to the office in punctual situations; the office is located in Porto._
**Salary**: gross amount of 1285,71€ per month.
**Schedule**: between 9 am - 8 pm (9 am - 6 pm or 11 am - 8 pm)
Our client is a British company that provides innovative solutions for clients in the process of buying and selling cars through an online platform.
**What is going to be expected from you?**
- Collaborate closely with their outstanding brand and sales team to support sellers and dealers in the selling and acquisition of stock;
- Perform documentation analysis of the selling processes;
- Other administrative tasks.
**What do you need to have?**
- Fluent in English at a written and spoken level;
- Previous experience in the automobile industry;
- Experienced in managing clients and processes;
- You are experienced in using MS Office programs - especially Outlook, Word, and Excel;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with buyers and sellers;
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
- Availability to work in a temporary job from September to November.
