**The Role...**

We are searching for a motivated Accounting Operations Assistant who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills. This role entails providing essential administrative support to our Accounting and Tax team, including tasks such as filing, handling mail, managing invoices, tracking expenses, and conducting basic bookkeeping duties. Reporting directly to the Accounting and Tax Manager, this position is integral to ensuring smooth operational efficiency within our finance department.

**What You’ll Be Doing...**
- Collaborate with the financial department to effectively carry out a variety of accounting tasks.
- Monitor daily communications and promptly address queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Process income invoices and handle expense requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate and oversee payments to external service providers, contractors, and vendors.
- Maintain and update procedural documentation to ensure alignment with organizational standards and practices.
- Review and validate accounting documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare financial documents, including purchase orders, to support accounting operations. Assist with ad-hoc payments and other financial tasks as needed.
