**Credit Management Assistant - Lisboa (M/F)**
**What will you do**:
You will report to the Credit Management team, as part of the Portuguese team responsible for the collections and accounting of the credit accounts that our customers have, reconciliating those accounts to the best of our team's ability.
Your work will impact both internal and external key stakeholders that will take advantage of a good progress in terms of resolving the issue within the standard days of reconciliation.
**Your responsabilities**:
- Monitor and analyse the daily operations under the accounts of the customers;
- Implement efficient and effective work processes;
- Follow established communications path to provide timely and accurate updates of key procedures of reconciliation of account statements;
- Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to reach a common ground of the best solution needed to keep up with the standard goals defined;
**Skills to have**:
- Credit Manager or Accountant experience (from 6 months to 2 years of experience)
- Office tools domain, mainly Excel and Powerpoint;
- Knowledge in SAP Financial modules would be a preference;
- Problem solving and customer impact experience;
- Strong presentation and communication skills;
- English fluency as a second language;
