Job Purpose

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to align procurement strategies with company-wide technological advancements and goals;
Utilize deep industry knowledge to forecast IT market trends and assess their potential impact on procurement strategies;
Lead complex negotiations with technology vendors, focusing on total cost of ownership (TCO), innovation, and flexibility to adapt to the rapidly changing IT landscape;
Design and implement procurement strategies that mitigate risks, enhance supplier performance, and support sustainability objectives;
Collaborate with IT and legal departments to ensure contracts comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, with a strong focus on data security and intellectual property rights;
Act as an escalation point for contractual and performance issues, demonstrating advanced problem-solving skills and effective dispute management;
Champion the adoption of procurement technologies and digital transformation initiatives to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness;
Consolidate and analyze global procurement spend data/ KPIs for the preparation of monthly global procurement reporting, using data analytic skills.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree, Post-graduate / Master’s in Engineering, Business Administration or Purchasing;
2-3 years’ experience in IT procurement (projects, hardware, software, services);
Experience contracts negotiations (IT or non IT);
Experience with global business and/or IT environment;
Experience in Procurement processes, Systems & Compliance Management;
Experience in Project management;
Experience in data management, analysis, presentations and reporting;
Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must (any other European language is a plus);
Communication, analytical and presentation skills;
Very good negotiation skills;
Ability to work in a cross functional international complex corporate environment;
Stakeholder engagement skills, coupled with a customer-oriented profile;
Experience in SAP/ERP Procurement solutions (S/4HANA MM, Ariba );
Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and solve problems;
Project Management skills is an asset.
