Our client is a e-bike start-up that incorporates design elegance, affordability, and technology to connect owners to their bikes through an app.

About your mission:
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for all team projects and initiatives. The right person for this role is enthusiastic about supervising and leading a team of customer advisors with the goal of providing excellent service.

As a Team Leader, your role will be to:

- Supervise, monitor and develop a team of Client Consultants.
- Closely monitor the SLA's and KPI's of the project.
- Ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of project KPI's by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes and developing strategies to improve team results.
- Drive a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performance.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

We are looking for:

- Mastery of English (oral and written) (C2).
- At least 1 year of previous experience in Team Management (mandatory)
- Thorough knowledge of performance metrics (KPI's)
- Good IT skills, especially in MS Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to make decisions
- For non-EU residents, a valid work permit is mandatory.
