Kelly Finance is recruiting a **Business Administration Team Leade** r for Siemens S.A, located in the Alfragide, Lisbon.

**What role will you play?**
- Lead a team of 8 to 10 employees for Real Estate Commercial Services, functionally. Manage the team’s day-to-day operations, by planning and monitoring its tasks and deliverables.
- Real estate industry knowledge: The team leader should have an in-depth understanding of the industry. Should be familiar with the local real estate market, regulations, and trends, as well as have a broad knowledge of real estate financing and investment strategies.
- The real estate industry is highly customer-focused, and the team leader should be able to provide exceptional customer service. Should be able to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and preferences, and provide them with personalized service.
- The team leader should have a strong business insight and be able to make comprehensive business decisions. Should be able to analyze financial data, develop and implement business strategies.
- The team leader should foster a collaborative and supportive environment, encouraging team members to work together to achieve common goals related to BA+ services. Also, should develop strategies to achieve team targets and Key Performance Indicators defined by the Service Line Manager.
- Should be able to adjust the team to changes in regulations, market conditions, and company policies related to Real Estate business, and, at the same time, set, steer and be accountable for the team’s business continuity planning.
- Should be able to inspire and motivate team members, manage deadlines, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and feedback as necessary, strong capability of resolving conflicts. Manage hiring, team structure & performance, and enable employee development strategies.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance or a similar field.
- More than five years of professional experience, especially in the Real Estate or a Shared Service environment, combined with international and inter-cultural experience.
- Experience in leading operational or project teams would be considered a plus.
- Have a deep understanding of General Accounting and Controlling procedures (including but not limited to Forecasting and Budgeting). Knowledge of SAP, PLANON and LARS would be a plus.
- Have a track record in innovation, digitalization, and process improvement projects.
- Distinguish yourself by your structured working mode and your confidence in moderation and presentation techniques.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Availability to travel, if needed.
