Neste momento procuram reforçar a sua equipa com um Cash Collection Specialist para o Mercado Alemão (M/F) para a região de Linda-a-Velha, Oeiras, Lisboa.
Responsabilidades principais:
- Gerenciar consultas de clientes/contas para garantir que os saldos de vendas estejam correctos na conta do cliente;
- Gestão bem-sucedida dos saldos vencidos e vencidos da conta do cliente, maximizando o pagamento pontual de todos os clientes;
- Notificar os mercados sobre riscos de dívidas incobráveis e mitigar sempre que possível;
- Atividades de cobrança com base na Estratégia de Cobrança de Mercado;
- Foco no Atendimento ao Cliente, garantindo bons níveis de comunicação para identificar e resolver problemas nas contas dos clientes;
- Analisar e verificar KPIs de qualidade dos serviços prestados e presentes durante as Revisões Operacionais Diárias (DOR's);
- Participar de tendências de KPIs (SLAs), análise de causa raiz de erros/erros e resolução de problemas;
- Executar negócios identificados e controles internos dos processos de Cobrança;
- Revisar e propor atualizações, por meio da empresa, às Rotinas Padrão devido a alterações legais ou de processos.
Perfil Ideal:
- Licenciatura em Negócios, Finanças, Economia ou similar preferencial, mas não essencial;
- Conhecimento determinologia financeira básica e noções necessárias (Normas de Contabilidade de Débito e Crédito);
- Fluente em Inglês e Alemão;
- Bons conhecimentos de informática, incluindo aplicações do Microsoft Office;
- Boa resolução de problemas e capacidade analítica;
- Pensamento positivo, vontade de aprender e atitude de Team Player;
- Boa capacidade de organização e priorização para lidar com um ambiente de ritmo acelerado;
- Forte ética de trabalho e respeito são necessários.
