Serás responsável pela **supervisão da equipa comercial de energia **no escritório de Lisboa.

**Funções**:

- auxiliar o onboarding e a formação de novos colaboradores
- desenvolver comerciais para futuros cargos de responsabilidade
- fornecendo **formação** **sobre novos produtos e empresas** e, se necessário, apoiando a formação inicial.
- os **objetivos estipulados para a equipa comercial**, assegurando que os comerciais dispõem das ferramentas e recursos necessários para a realização do seu trabalho, bem como garantir a correta utilização dos mesmos
- Acompanhando permanentemente o **cumprimento dos mesmo, semanalmente, mensalmente e anualmente**.
