**Aufgaben**:
Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Portugal is looking for a Local Compliance Support. This position reports directly to Compliance & Legal Officer Manager:
Main Responsabilities:
Ensure compliance with internal rules and local legislation, in particular with regards to antitrust, anti-bribery, AML, sanctions lists and data protection law;
Align strategy and support the implementation of guidelines and standards on the local level, develop compliance procedures, and maintain the respective processes;
Support compliance with requirements, namely in relation to anti-money laundering, both deriving from group policies and local legislation, preparation of technical developments, elaboration of mitigation plans or correction of identified deficiencies;
Support awareness for compliance topics and the performance of local trainings;
Provide the company's departments with legal advice and support;
Preparation, revision and management of contracts with third parties.

**Qualifikationen**:
Qualifications - Internal
Bachelor or Master degree in Law;
Experience as in-house legal or in the compliance area, preferably in Financial Services;
Legal drafting skills;
Data privacy law / anti-money laundering law knowledge and experience;
Able to connect legal requirements and compliance with the business area’s needs;
Good analytical and communication skills;
Dynamic, organized, autonomous and able to work in a fast-changing environment;
Responsible, with a result-oriented approach;
Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
