R2R PAYMENTS AND BANK RECONCILIATION (JOB NUMBER: 2212GSS13533)

**About the job**
- As member of the Record to Report and Payment team, depending on your expertise your main activities will be some of the following: performing payments of supplier’s invoices, registering payments, perform the Bank Reconciliations and analyze and solve the suspended items related to bank accounts and Lisbon accounts

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Generate and control payment proposals
- Perform payment reconciliation with invoices and bank statements including exception handling
- Perform Bank Reconciliations
- Perform controls in line with corporate procedures

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Business Management or other related field
- Professional experience: Relevant experience as accounting officer or in a similar role
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 Level, CECRL certificate), French is a plus
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexible schedules and with international locations
- Organizational skills and good attention to detail
- Strong team spirit
- Good communication skills (spoken & written), proactive attitude and problem solving skills
