**Job Description**:
The key responsibilities are:

- Drive the product iteration through continuous product backlog refinement, definition and acceptance of iterations and user stories based on stakeholder priorities;
- Coordinate implementation and roll-out activities and monitors value creation through correct usage.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related studies;
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing process / shopfloor related field;
- Affinity for Smart Manufacturing / Industry;
- Project experience in cross-functional and global teams, is a plus;
- Analytical and planning skills;
- Knowledge and preferably experience with agile methodologies;
- Networking and strong communication skills;
- Intercultural sensitivity;
- Strong command of English (verbal & written);
- Availability for international travels (about 30%).
