**About the Role**:

- Be responsible for supporting the Business Unit in the development of the commercial strategy aligned with Brand guidelines, and to ensuring the full execution_ _across all the customers of MT channel. TMM Portugal is the main point of contact for Sales and Marketing team. It Is coordinating all the tasks with the aim to develop the strategy in the market and build long term partnerships with customers leveraging on a deep knowledge of their vision and their shoppers. TMM is acting as a “process integrator’’ mainly between Local Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain in regards to Demand Planning. In Portugal DEMAND PLANNING is fully under TMM responsibility. Adapt the Ferrero Group Category strategies to fit with Local conditions (in terms of both categories and clients) in order to meet Company objectives with regard to volume and profitability by Category, always being guarantor of the All Inclusive Model implementation and supporting its pillars_

**Main Responsabilities**:
**CATEGORY MANAGEMENT**
- Monitors and analyzes trade, competitors and sellout data related to the assigned category, in order to identify business opportunities
- Supports in the development on medium and long term local strategies in full alignment with Marketing and Country manager (assortment, visibility in store, p&l and Market share)
- Prepares sales argumentation to support an effective Join Business Plan that sets the standard in terms of placement in shelf, checkouts and secondary placement

**BUSINESS TRACKING AND DEVELOPMENT**
- Develops and maintain a set of company dashboards to ensure the monitoring of the main trade & shopper figures (e.g. P&L, sell-out market data, market share, market share competitors trends, etc..) and main business KPIs. The aim is to provide to all the BU relevant data to support business understanding and development
- Create, share with the relevant stakeholders and maintain the Company Calendar containing all the commercial deadlines and related implications for the various departments in order to ensure that all the deadlines vs the customers and internal are respected

**Who we are looking for**:
**Profile**:

- Bachelors in Administration and Business Economics or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, desirable in FMCG
- Advance level of MS Office
- Working experience in a cross cultural environment and in a matrix organization preferable
- Organized, structured and dynamic with a commitment to excellence
- Flexible, collaborative, proactive and excellent team player
- Results-oriented approach
- Ethical and strong personal values
