**About Glovo**:

As a Glovo Brands Ads Jr. Account you will be part of the Glovo's Brands Ads team, that is a cross functional division that focuses on providing a series of advertising assets that Brands can invest to increase awareness, consideration, conversion and loyalty. Your priority will be to work backwards from the customer, identifying inputs to grow all Services and non-FMCG Brands and improve their performance. You will do this while facilitating great business relationships and ensuring satisfaction with the service. We are looking for passionate, creative marketeers with a strong sales spirit or marketing-curious sales top dogs to join Glovo Brands Ads division

To do this, this person needs to be extremely hands-on, have a deep understanding of advertising products, sales, operational capabilities, as well as the ability to synthesize analysis into a concise and compelling presentation.

**Be a part of a team where you will**:

- Lead the research, identification, prioritization and hunting of new Services and non-FMCG Brands that may become your clients.
- Educate Services and non-FMCG Brands on Glovo's Advertising offering.
- Pitch and sell Glovo's Ads to build and grow relationships with key strategic advertisers, big, medium or small Services and non-FMCG Brands/clients and advertising agencies.
- Fully understand Services and non-FMCG Brand's needs providing business advice based on deep analysis and reporting in order to recommend and prepare proper offers to maximize the effectiveness of activities.
- Work on initiatives and assets to generate traffic by supporting the development, execution of advertising campaigns inside Glovo.
- Partner internally with key functions (Qcommerce, Innovation, Food) to contribute to the definition of priorities and operational goals according to the Services and non-FMCG Brands' needs.
- Analyze and report the impact of activations to brands (Services and non-FMCG) and to the Glovo business
- Regularly audit metrics to continually analyze the progress and make sure targets are reached and new opportunities are identified across verticals & countries.
- Contribute to continuous enhancement and innovation to find new ways of communicating and give visibility to your clients
- Work together with your team to ensure their growth and development.

**You have**:

- 1 or 2 years of Marketing, Sales experience or Business Development at a leading FMCG or Big Services company, Media Agency or e-commerce business
- Good Analytical skills and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
- Experience on executing integrated marketing campaigns or promotion plans across digital and non-digital channels
- A deep understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs
- Strong skills in Office, especially in Excel
- Energetic, Extrovert, Highly motivated, results-driven and with excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and verbal, in English and local language
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
