**YOUR MISSION**

The Brands Ads department embodies both marketing and sales competencies. We are a cross functional division that focuses on creating and demonstrating value that Glovo has to the Brands that can benefit from our marketing tools. Our main goal is to boost Brands' sales among the constantly growing Glovo's user base. We focus on bringing visibility and incremental profit to the company via various brand campaigns we craft and sell to the Bands.
We are looking for passionate, creative marketeers with a sales spirit or marketing-curious sales top dogs to join Glovo BMS division

**THE JOURNEY**
- Drive sales of Glovo Brands Ads to the Brand Partners
- Establish a close relationship with the assigned Brands through a consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement and unlock any potential problem. Build a relationship from scratch, understanding the needs of each brand depending on its category and sector
- Educate Brands on Glovo's Advertising offering. Draw, pitch and execute plans, making your BRANDS grow through promos negotiations, in-app & offline marketing activities and up-selling opportunities.
- Create regular reporting in order to provide business advice to brands identifying key growth opportunities
- Provide support in daily operational work, solve smaller brands' 'issues.
- Ensure that Glovo has the best assortment and that these new SKUs are supported with different marketing activations
- Develop & execute Brands campaigns to perfection through multiple touch-points

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE**
- 1 or 2 years of Marketing, Sales experience or Business Development at a leading FMCG or Big Services company, Media Agency or e-commerce business.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in management, business administration, engineering, marketing
- Experience on executing integrated marketing campaigns or promotion plans across digital and non-digital channels
- Energetic, Highly motivated, results-driven and with excellent negotiation skills
- Good Analytical skills and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
- Understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and verbal, in English and local language
