**About the job**
- The Trade Reconstruction and Record Management Team leader is in charge of coordinating the team activity ensuring defined operational targets and quality standards

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Manage teams’ daily activity and organisation, planning the teams’ daily work and goals
- Ensure trade life cycle reconstruction is complete within 72 hours of request for CFTC
- Collaborate with internal clients to best understand their operational and strategic needs
- Ensure the right formalization of operational procedures & processes & control plan
- Support the resolution of issues escalated by the team
- Propositioning of new developments or improvements in the existing chain in order to ensure the processes and reduce the operational risk
- Ensuring the proper support to all the team members, developing also the others and improving their skills

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Experience in Banking and Financial Operations (5 to 7 years)
- Experience in Operations and Processes, namely in Middle Office Operations
- Knowledge of Data Viz Blending Analytics Power BI (Beginner)
- Knowledge of It Languages, namely in Python (Beginner)
- Proficient in MS Office Pack (Excel)
- Ability to anticipate business strategic evolution
- Communication skills, both oral and written
- Decision making and problem solving skills
- Creativity and innovation
- Ability to develop others and improve their skills
