**About the job**
- The Reporting Analyst, member of the Fees & Commission Management Team (FCMT), will be responsible for the following tasks
- Centralize all reporting request from the different stakeholders (Front Office, Risk Dept., OPC, Antifraud)
- Create and maintain all documentation required for FCMT Monthly Production review
- Create and develop team dedicated KPI’s & KRI’s framework
- Assist team’s operational needs for automation and continuous improvement in all phases of the workflow process lifecycle
- Follow-up with all stakeholders for any development required or query regarding the data that is being reported
- In case of need, be able to help and support the team in production/ invoice processing

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Analyze internal Operational & Reporting needs
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to best understand their operational and strategic needs in terms of reporting and automation
- List and follow-up on all new operational and reporting needs by proposing automation solutions, efficient strategies
- Build and/or adapt Reporting documentation
- Design the most adequate approaches to solve the identified problems
- Choose the right tools and techniques to implement the designed approaches
- Collect the needed data from the dedicated sources
- Work closely with all reporting stakeholders
- Implement and assist the deployment and maintenance of Reporting needs
- Make sure that reports are distributed and deadlines met
- Assist the operational teams with the deployment, monitoring and maintenance of the developed solutions
- Contribute to disseminate a culture of automation, best practices, and continuous improvement within Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB)
- Create new reporting and improve current reporting

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor degree with a specialization in Mathematics, Statistics or Data Science (preferable)
- More than 2 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of MS Office and advanced Excel (Power query)
- Knowledge of databases and associated tools (SQL and Oracle) are a plus
- Knowledge of reporting tools (example: Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau and Business Objects) are a plus
- Visual Basic language
- Fluency in English; French and/or Portuguese knowledge is a plus
- Ability to think abstractly and creatively
- Sharepoint workflow knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility: ability to work in a changing environment
- Project management skills

**About the Team**
- Fees and Commission Management team within BNP Paribas is in charge of control and monitor expenditure from service providers (Brokers, Exchanges, Custodians, Issuers, Distributers, etc.) regarding CIB activities of BNP Paribas Global Markets entities. Team’s mandate is to control received invoice content, compare with contracting conditions and correct fees interpretation of (function of market transaction concerned) in case of difference, investigate the cause and ensure the follow-up
- Due to high reporting needs, the FCMT team is looking for a Reporting Analyst to implement and deliver high value reporting solutions to our internal stakeholders
