**FINANCE**

We're a truly global team with a presence in all of our locations around the world. Our biggest teams are based in the UK and Portugal. Our team in Porto focuses on financial reporting and operations, while the Group Finance team in London is made up of Tax, Legal, Treasury and Commercial Finance. All of our teams play an instrumental role within the business, from developing best practice, delivering strategic projects and helping us to tell our story with data.

Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cosy environment. You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break

**THE ROLE**

The Finance Analyst will support Operations group stakeholders, working closely with the team to deliver on the strategic and financial goals of that area.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support the Operations’ Finance Business Partnering team with timely KPI reporting, monthly dashboard updates, proactively bringing meaningful analysis and approaches whenever necessary.
- Support the Operations’ functional teams during the planning cycles (Latest Views, Reforecasts, and Budget), collecting data, creating different scenarios and analyses, and ensuring the main deliverables are on time along the process.
- Produce insightful analysis to help support business cases and deep dives in Operations scope
- Ensure the quality of the data produced, working closely with the accountancy team to ensure that all costs are booked in the right place
- Monitor and enhance a monthly accrual framework for Operations’ controlled items, facilitating the communication between the accountancy and Operations team.
- Help Operations Finance Business Partners create a trustful and cooperative relationship with both Finance and Business.
- Support Finance Business Partners for Operations analysis as and when required.

WHO YOU ARE
- Proven experience in junior finance business partnering in a progressive industry.
- Strong commercial acumen; able to connect business priorities to financial goals to drive value and performance;
- Advanced Excel skills with Microsoft D365 and SAP BPC knowledge advantageous;
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities to ensure delivery of the most critical tasks within appropriate timelines;
- Ability to demonstrate high levels of enthusiasm and a proactive, can-do attitude working in a fast-paced environment;
- A team player with good communication skills, who has the ability to build relationships to assist in managing deliverables;
- Exceptional attention to detail
