**Position Summary**

The main purpose of the Direct-to-Consumer Operations Specialist to provide system integration, reconciliation and reporting in the pre-defined parts of the End-to-End (E2E) process, in order to ensure flawless direct to consumer operations, coordinating with the local markets.

**A Day in the life of...**
- Support with Sales quantity, subsidy and penalty reconciliation and fixing of discrepancies;
- Ensure Consumer payments money reconciliation and fixing of discrepancies;
- Run parts of the Period End Close process;
- Run business management reports, consumer pricing analytics (price elasticity, etc.) and basic analytics;
- Maintain the Master Data in relevant systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Vendon);
- Keep compliance with instructions, procedures and quality requirements to develop and ensure of Nestle Management System Monitor and manages quality management system requirements;
- Follow-up on Key KPIs.

**What will make you successful**
- Advanced Spoken and Written Knowledge in English
- Bachelor’s degree on Data Analytics, Data Science, etc. is preferred
- 2+ Years of Experience with Data management (Reporting, Data Analysis, etc.)
- Experience in Master Data management
- Knowledge of any of the tools (SAP, C4C - Cloud for Customer, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Vendon) is preferred
- Basic Knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain processes
- Experience managing, communicating and negotiating with internal and external Stakeholders
- Analytical and Problem-solving Skills
- Flexible, open to learn and adapt
- Autonomous and proactive
