Position Summary


The main purpose of the Direct-to-Consumer Operations Specialist to provide system integration, reconciliation and reporting in the pre-defined parts of the End-to-End (E2E) process, in order to ensure flawless direct to consumer operations, coordinating with the local markets.


A Day in the life of...

  • Support with Sales quantity, subsidy and penalty reconciliation and fixing of discrepancies;
  • Ensure Consumer payments money reconciliation and fixing of discrepancies;
  • Run parts of the Period End Close process;
  • Run business management reports, consumer pricing analytics (price elasticity, etc.) and basic analytics;
  • Maintain the Master Data in relevant systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Vendon);
  • Keep compliance with instructions, procedures and quality requirements to develop and ensure of Nestle Management System Monitor and manages quality management system requirements;
  • Followup on Key KPIs.

What will make you successful

  • Advanced Spoken and Written Knowledge in English
  • Bachelor's degree on Data Analytics, Data Science, etc. is preferred
  • 2+ Years of Experience with Data management (Reporting, Data Analysis, etc.)
  • Experience in Master Data management
  • Knowledge of any of the tools (SAP, C4C
  • Cloud for Customer, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Vendon) is preferred
  • Basic Knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain processes
  • Experience managing, communicating and negotiating with internal and external Stakeholders
  • Analytical and Problemsolving Skills
  • Flexible, open to learn and adapt
  • Autonomous and proactive
