**FINANCE**

We're a global team with a presence in all of our locations around the world. Our biggest teams are based in the UK and Portugal. Our team in Porto focuses on financial reporting and operations, while the Group Finance team in London is made up of Corporate Development, Tax, Treasury and Commercial Finance. All of our teams play an instrumental role within the business, from developing best practice, delivering strategic projects and helping us to tell our story with data.

**PORTO**

Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cosy environment. You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break

**THE ROLE**

Under the guidance of the Procurement Operations EMEA, the role will be operating the global business spend management tool and supporting the users with their most common needs regarding the procurement process, policies and supplier relationship. This person will also register and track user doubts to create tutorials and expand the procurement reach and impact within the companies of the group.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Support the users on solving procurement process and policy doubts;
- Register doubts and create reports to control;
- Update KPIs and create action plans to achieve and improve them;
- Prioritize and distribute complex doubts among the team;
- Create tutorials to guide the user on their most common doubts;
- Improve service levels within Procurement

**WHO YOU ARE**
- BA/BS degree in engeniering, business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience (procurement or help desk is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders
- Track record of managing deliverables from multiple parties to meet challenging deadlines
- Structured and results-oriented person
- Experience with Coupa or Jira will be a plus
