**Your contribution to something big**:

- ** Sales Performance**:You will work on the development and governance of forward-looking sales steering KPIs with clear customer/ market/ competitor focus (e.g. CRM pipeline & funnel management) and ensure implementation in the organization with training and support.
- ** CRM and reporting**:You will create regular CRM reports management and derive measures to improve sales performance. You will provide business requirements for reporting to the CRM team
- ** Sales rewards**:You will work with our incentive program (e.g, user management of incentive recipients, monthly update of target achievement, calculation of pay-out)
- ** Pricing**:You support our pricing team with reporting and data analysis.
- ** Team**:As part of our motivated, experienced international and interdisciplinary team you contribute to various Sales & Marketing Excellence topics along the customer journey

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- ** Education**: degree in business administration or comparable education
- ** Personality**: self-driven and proactive, convincing, and resilient,
- ** Working style**: strong analytical skills, goal and result orientation, problem solving skills, good communication & presentation skills on all hierarchical levels
- ** Knowledge **of CRM and other Sales steering tools
- ** Experience **in sales or sales excellence topics a plus
- ** Languages**: Business fluent in English
