Are you ready to be a vital part of Avantor, a global Fortune 500 organization operating in the biopharma segment? We're on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our Customer Service team and contribute to our mission of advancing science and improving lives.

What We Are Looking For

Education: University degree or equivalent in the Administration field. Alternatively, a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Additional education or training in a scientific field is a plus.

Collaboration Tools: Experience with collaboration tools such SAP (SD module) and C4C (preferred), and Microsoft Teams is highly desirable. The ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms is crucial in ensuring seamless communication and efficient problem resolution.

Other Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Intermediate experience in administrative tasks, preferably in a commercial company.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing accurate and timely information
