Your new company
Our client is the world’s most advanced platform for monitoring, optimizing and controlling one of the society’s most precious assets: the Neighborhood Grid (Low Voltage Electric Grid). We are looking for a Customer Support and Success Manager keen to engage and develop existing Client relationships and have a leading role in creating and developing this critical area for the company success.
What you'll need to succeed 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales and/ or Operations; Fluent in English, written and spoken; At ease in a high technology, high growth, start-up, environment; Experience overseeing Customer Support teams; Fluent in Spanish, German, or French (preferred).
