As a **Senior Sales Enablement Manager** at Full Fabric, you will play a critical role in scaling our sales team to reach its full potential. Leveraging your extensive knowledge in sales processes, content creation, training methodologies, and technologies, you will develop and implement strategies to optimise the performance and productivity of our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Training & Onboarding
- Develop and manage the onboarding program for new sales hires, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to be successful from Day 1
- Conduct regular training sessions on product updates, new selling techniques, and market insights.
- Content Creation & Management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce sales collateral such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and more.
- Ensure sales content is easily accessible and up-to-date for the sales teams
- Sales Process Optimization
- Analyse and refine the sales process to eliminate inefficiencies.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop best practices and methodologies.
- Tool & Technology Management
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and usage of sales enablement tools and technologies.
- Train the sales team on how to effectively use these tools to enhance their sales activities.
- Performance Analysis & Feedback
- Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics.
- Implement feedback loops to gather insights from the sales team, using this feedback to continually refine sales enablement initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments like marketing, product, and customer support.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ensuring alignment in strategies and messaging across departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling sales teams.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional training and coaching abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bonus: sales or marketing experience in the SaaS software industry.
- Bonus: Certification in sales methodology or sales enablement platforms.
