**JOB TITLE** Sales Associate & Boutique Administration**

**MAIN PURPOSE**

**El puesto de **Sales Associate & Boutique Administration** tiene una doble matriz y abarca tareas de atención al cliente y apoyo a la gestion administrativa de la boutique.**

**Maximizar el rendimiento de la boutique realizando ventas y alcanzando objetivos estratégicos.**

**Asesorar a los clientes para garantizar un servicio de alta calidad conforme a los estándares de Montblanc.**

**Gestionar el área administrativa, la logística de la boutique y los Regalos de Empresa de acuerdo con las directrices establecidas.**

**Boutique Administration - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Logística**

**Control de llegadas de entregas de mercancías, asignaciones de nuevos productos, inventarios, reclamaciones y devolución de mercancías a Alemania.**

**Gestión de pedidos pendientes, reclamaciones y seguimiento.**
- **Regalo de empresa**

**Preparación de facturas de clientes, gestión de pedidos, control de envíos y entregas, actualización de la base de datos. Gestión de campañas de CG, asistencia roadshows CG.**

**Sales Support - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Gestionar la venta de los productos**

Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas marcados

Manejar el proceso de venta según el tipo de cliente.

Aconsejar al cliente y garantizar su satisfacción

Desarrollo de iniciativas de venta
- **Asegurar las relaciones con los clientes (acuerdos, servicio) según las normas de la Marca**

Gestionar la comunicación con los clientes (mailings, acciones clientes VIP, atención telefónica, etc.)

Incrementar la base de datos de clientes aportando todas las informaciones relevantes del mismo.

Hacer seguimiento de los ficheros de clientes.

Gestión de las reclamaciones de los clientes junto con el ABM
- **Mantener permanentemente en aplicación las normas de presentación de la Marca**:
Apariencia personal y uniforme.

Apariencia lujosa de la Boutique y de los productos presentes (vitrinas y mostradores)

Respetar y asegurar la implementación de todas las campañas marketing.

Participación activa en la organización de eventos
- **Gestión de producto**

Participación en los inventarios

Prevenir posibles pérdidas

Chequeo de recepción de mercancía

Preparación de envío de mercancía

Transfer informático de mercancía
- **Gestión de la información**

**Proporcionar todas las informaciones necesarias a la dirección de tienda para elaborar informes**

Participación activa en las reuniones de equipo

Participación activa en los trainings

Respetar todos los plazos establecidos por le empresa para la comunicación asuntos laborales (solicitud de vacaciones, altas y bajas médicas, ausencias, etc.)

**Pre-requisitos del puesto**:

- Facilidad de contacto y relaciones interpersonales, orientación al cliente, buena capacidad de comunicación, sentido de la organización, apoyo y realización de ventas;
- Experiência en ventas (sector retail-luxury)
- Conocimientos específicos del producto y de la Marca
- Capacidad de impacto y comunicación con clientes
- Orientación al servicio - Capacidad de detección de las necesidades del cliente
- Sentido de la responsabilidad e iniciativa
- Excelente apariencia y presentación
- Buena capacidad para trabajar en equipo con autonomía y capacidad de toma de decisiones;
- Sentido de la organización
- Dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
- Módulo SAP Ventas y Logística; Inventario
- Inglés y español fluidos, francés muy valorable
