Enquanto **Head of Marketing and Communication** terás como missão liderar e coordenar todas as atividades relacionadas ao **marketing e comunicação** da empresa. Deverás ser capaz de desenvolver e implementar estratégias eficazes para promover a marca, produtos ou serviços da Maleo, garantindo que as mensagens são consistentes, impactantes e alinhadas com os objetivos organizacionais.

**Principais tarefas e responsabilidades**:

- Elaborar e executar a estratégia de marketing e comunicação da Maleo e dos seus produtos/serviços, em articulação com as linhas de orientação estratégica;
- Supervisionar uma equipa multidisciplinar de designers gráficos, copywriters, especialistas em meios de comunicação social, especialistas em social media, produtores de conteúdo, fotógrafos e vídeografos;
- Gerir a presença da empresa nas redes sociais;
- Assegurar a consistência da marca em todos os canais físicos e digitais;
- Gerir as campanhas de marketing e comunicação, medindo o seu custo e eficácia;
- Conduzir sessões de brainstorming com a equipa criativa, mantendo um pensamento estratégico e criativo, para desenvolver iniciativas inovadoras e que traduzam impacto positivo no negócio;
- Acompanhar continuamente as mudanças no mercado, as tendências dos consumidores e as atividades do setor, ajustando sempre que necessário o plano de marketing e comunicação;
- Negociar com agências de meios de comunicação social e assegurar acordos sobre a produção de material promocional.

**O que esperamos de ti**:

- Licenciatura em Marketing, Comunicação, Gestão ou áreas similares;
- 5 anos de experiência profissional na área;
- Conhecimento de estratégias de marketing, canais e branding tradicionais e emergentes;
- Domínio das ferramentas de informática Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Domínio da língua inglesa;
- Capacidade de planeamento e organização;
- Capacidade de pensar de forma criativa e inovadora;
- Trabalho em equipa e relacionamento interpessoal;
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita.
